In this series, I share how I have used songwriting to move through challenges, unscathed! Well, not completely unscathed, but less scathed for sure.

Writing songs is a tool to release stuck emotions and old stories. And heck, even sometimes, to get the last word in.

My hope is to entertain you, and to inspire you to try and find the silver linings in your own chaos.

Or at least think,

“Dang, this would make one helluva song.”
